Now that Bllod Donation Drive has already finished, I can have the gut to talk about the experience how it got organised and how I got into Pratibha again....It was quite an experience.....one of a kind and very satisfying....
I jioned my job in May after a gap of fifteen months(quite a long time isn't it!) to pursue my liking as a passion. I wasn't sure if I was follwing a correct path. It was a tough decision and highly risked.However, when I got a call from my Boss whom I always idolise, I knew this is what I wanted to do...But I wasn't sure if I would be able to deliver the best result as I have a major responsibility at my home too...(I delivered a baby boy in Feb). Pratibha looks for highly talented people and my boss is a perfectionist. I know its not going to ne simple... I will have "n" number od responsibilities on my shoulder....
I still remember the day when I went to Pratibha to meet my Boss...It was a wednesday...With my heart pumping as fast as speed of a boat machine, and blood gushing faster than speed of light, I entered his cabin....I just had discussion about the offer ...came back home and relaxed...
Finally I decided to join Pratibha...I had worked their earlier and decided not to commit same mistake again...not to trust the backstabbers...decided to deliver the best results...
17th May is my joining day and got a chance to meet this facebook girl Sumedha!!! Although we didnt spend much time together but I came to realise that one day she will be very successful...Arranged World No Tobacco Day and Environment Day on very short notice....Thank God I have gud Vendors who can work at anytime for me....
Although World No Tobacco Day was satisfactory...but World Environment day was very successful...
Coming to this month's event....Blood Donation Camp....
Mailers.....posters...standies.....banners.....got the hell out of me....it was blood donation camp all over....
have learnt alot to save cost in past few years....did gud of savings for the company for the company....with pretty gud vendors and assistant...you will wonder why I mention my associate always....bcuz these people are really my strength....
Some things you tend to learn with time....and if you have the best boss to work with...you enjoy the challenges...u tend to compete with urself...as u set high standards for urself...
So finally all my efforts for Blood Donation CaMP are over...
Pratibha gave me another chance to meet a very intellectual person...Mr. Jayakumar...I wish I had intellect like him...
So here I am packing gifts for the blood donors and enjoying my choclate too...
I really feel to re-join Pratibha was the best decision ....and I am enjoying every bit of it!!!!Exploring Pratibha with a new approach is a great experience and... I am sure I will prove myself to get 10 out of 10 from me offcourse...CHEERS!!!
